[Guidelines For Submissions] Please Read Carefully 

  • The song submitted must be of professional sound quality! (This doesn’t mean it had to be recorded in a high end studio however it MUST sound professional in the overall quality of the recording.)


  • The song submitted must be either:

    •  From an album released within the past 12 months.

    • A previously unreleased track.


  • Songs Submitted should be no more than 5:00 minutes in length. (Special consideration may be given for this, if space permits.)


  • At least 50% musicians in the band must reside in the East Coast*.

* The East Coast is considered the provinces of: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.
