1.    Diminished Fifth Records understands the uniqueness of each and every Artist.  

2.    Diminished Fifth Records will be honest and truthful in all statements to the Artist.  

3.    Diminished Fifth Records will be available for Artist consultation within all reasonable hours, 7-days a week.  

4.    Diminished Fifth Records will work with the Artists to make sure they are comfortable and understand their agreement between the Label and the Artist.  

5.    Diminished Fifth Records will keep detailed and organized records necessary to operate a record label.

a.    Diminished Fifth Records will maintain a functional telephone number and email to be reached by Artists within all reasonable hours.
b.    Diminished Fifth Records will keep a log of all album sales by the label for their Artists and any applicable merchandise sales.
c.    Diminished Fifth Records will make all records available in a timely fashion, upon the request of the Artist.  

6.    Diminished Fifth Records will pay their Artists any applicable royalties in a timely fashion, as agreed on in their contract terms.  

7.    Diminished Fifth Records will make sure all merchandise, whether for purchase or promotion, are professional in appearance and in quality.

8.    Diminished Fifth Records will keep all personal Artist information confidential throughout and after their arrangement with the Label.  

9.    Diminished Fifth Records will make all reasonable efforts to promote and insure prosperity of the Artist in the music industry.  

10.   Lastly, please keep in mind, Diminished Fifth Records will work as hard as possible for the Artist at all times, but ultimately it is the Artist who must control their own destiny.
