The Orchids Curse have been through three years of hell discovering their true
sound… Delicately combining aggression and brutality with melody and harmony.
Their debut EP ‘Goodbye is when the Casket Closes’ (2006 - Diminished Fifth
Records) received praise and reviews around the globe citing such words as "Lots
of drive, melodic guitars and a heavy-set dose of aggro-intensity" (Unrestrained
Magazine - Canada) and "pure aggression with crushing elements of modern metal,
death metal and thrash" (Music Extreme - Argentina). The Curse have proven
they are a musical force to be reckoned with, with a refined sense of song
writing and musicianship the band has begun preparation on their highly
